Appointment was set up 3 weeks in advance. Three items were on my service order. Two were completed but one item was not completed because the repair part was out of stock. Go figure??? Just came in for an innocent look at used cars----and was treated royally, got all my questions answered and even saw a car I really liked. Jan 30 went in for install of a theft protector and because ABS/ traction lights were showing on dash panel. Was told That Right rear wheel sensor part c1209 would be ordered and I would be called. T because ABS/ traction lights were showing on dash panel. Was told That Right rear wheel sensor part c1209 would be ordered and I would be called. This was still under warranty til Feb 22. No one ever called me as the service writer had said he would. I called 10 days later not knowing that parts come in as little as 3-4 days. That particular day was treated with a smart aleck attitude and condescending tone both on the phone and in person. Feb 20, part was installed. When getting in car, lights were still engaged on the dash. I went back in to service writer to say lights were still on. He said give me your keys and left. Not what he was doing or where he was going. 20 min goes by, He comes in and says the part is defective and you’ll have to come back after parts are ordered. You will be called. I said, I’m sorry to say this but on Jan 30 I was told I would be called and no one called. He said oh really. Well I will go to my computer right now and make sure the part is ordered and I will call you. This is Feb 20. On Feb 22 I call the parts dept to ask if part has come in and Paul in Parts tells me that NO Parts have been ordered for my car. He asks who the Service writer is and I give him his name. He says I will make sure the part is ordered and the Service Writer will call you today to touch base with you. Of course I knew the Writer would not call me. I’ve been coming since 2019 I got in my car and drove to Butler Kia and went to parts and service. Paul in Parts had ordered the part like he said he would. I went to Keith as the original Serv writer was not there and of course he set up an appt Right away and set he would make sure my car was serviced quickly since this would be my 3rd trip For the same issue.. This original service writer I’m guessing does not like women business people or women in general. Disrespect and indignant attitudes go nowhere in business. Mr Butler, if still alive, would not tolerate rudeness to customers. More
