Keith and Jake were very welcoming to me, and genuinely wanted to get my car in as soon as possible to have my issue addressed. Keith kept me informed of the findings, and how to remedy it. Service department took good care of me since I had to wait 3 1/2 hours to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I’ve had some issues when I have called to ask questions at the dealership. I’m considering getting rid of my Kia because of the experience that I’ve had there. My car just turned over 34,000 miles. After my oil change I looked up to see when my next one would be. And they had written down 75,000 miles for my oil change. There’s no way that my car which does not take synthetic oil Would be able to go 40,000+ miles without oil change. So there was a lot of inconsistency altogether. I’m looking at least in car with another dealership. My experiences not always been negative but the last two times has been challenging to say the least. More
I purchased a car with the understanding it came with the Jim Butler Powertrain as expressed to me from the salesman and the finance personnel. Only to now be without my car for almost 5 months due to engine issues...not fixed and not only do I have to pay a large amount to get my car, I also have to pay waaaayyyy more to get it fixed. Of course still paying a note. Do not recommend! More
