Disappointed windshield washer fluid not filled when I was instructed to empty it. My lines were freezing. I did so. I later drove my car and discovered with heavy fog and dirty greasy overspray from a truck hit my windshield that I had zero windshield fluid when the wipers smeared this film across my windshield. Very dangerous situation. Very disappointed. I thought I could trust their word. Apparently I couldn’t. More

When I drove my new 2022 Kia Soul off the lot on Friday the touch screen radio was not working and also found the one outlet was not working. Although it took a little while because all the parts were back the touch screen radio was not working and also found the one outlet was not working. Although it took a little while because all the parts were back ordered. They kept me posted on what was happening. As soon as they were able to get those parts, they got me in and replaced audio system and outlet. Happy to say they stayed right on top of the situation. More
