Had a 9:30 appt for routine service. Dropped the care off at 8:00 and I had to call at 3:00 to check on it. They said it would be ready at 5:30. Picked it up and found out they implemented a 2% credit card fee they didn’t have before and had not previously mentioned. They also supposedly washed the car but it looked worse than when we bought it in. More
Sold me a cart with a failed safety inspection. Direction signals not working properly, salesman said that was normal. They did switch the bulbs, brake lights went out 1/2 way home 🤔. We had a great experience in the end. Our salesman was not the friendliest. It seemed as though he was pushing us to look at vehicles he wanted and not what we wanted. We had to be stern with him and what we wanted to test drive. However, Sal in the finance dept saved the deal. He was very personable, knowledgeable, friendly and straight forward. The only reason we didn’t walk out was because of him and I told him so. A+ Sal!!! More
