My oil change took over 3 hours with an appointment this last week. I don’t plan on coming back to Jim butler because every time I come there is an issue with service and timeliness. It took 1 and 1/2 months to get a service appointment. Then they can’t check my check engine light because there was no tech even though it was on my appointment. Then they forgot about me at my appointme Then they can’t check my check engine light because there was no tech even though it was on my appointment. Then they forgot about me at my appointment while I sat there for 3 hours. Then the said they would call me with the how much it would be to fix my car and I am still waiting. So i am extremely disappointed in the way I was treated at my appointment. I do not recommend. More

Went in for Service Recall Appointment. After 45 minutes I was told they were finished and my car was in the carwash. I asked them if they were sure about it being completed? They said y After 45 minutes I was told they were finished and my car was in the carwash. I asked them if they were sure about it being completed? They said yes! I told them I was sitting directly across from my vehicle, and it hadn't moved since I arrived. I could see it 30 feet away outside the Service window. After realizing their error, they told me they would move a car and get my vehicle in right away. After sitting for another 10 or 15 minutes, they came back and told me they were out of the recall cameras I made an appointment for and they would need to place an order . They would let me know when they were back in stock. Sorry, want a Carwash? It took me weeks to get this appointment. First service appointment. Tried to get an oil change a few months back and it was 4 - 6 weeks to get on the calendar. Went to another dealership the following week. I don't have a Sales Person, because they left after I made the purchase. Maybe they'll do better next time? More
