Love the dealership but the service department is difficult to work with. It is not the people but the system of having one person assigned. Sometimes you hear back and sometimes you dont. Last time I brought my car in for a recall, oil change and emissions. The dashboard got broke in the shop. Then the spedometer had to be reset. They drove the car for 100's of miles and left it on empty. My car was there over a week. More

Service agent was excellent to work with and communicated well. The wait seemed a bit long since they didn't take my car back until about an hour after the scheduled appointment time, but they may have been well. Once they took the car back to work on the turnaround time was good. They do need to shorten the number of weeks in advance I had to make my appointment online just to get an oil change. More
