I have purchased my car here in 2013, and have had it serviced only here. Keith has been my service agent since day one. It's wonderful to feel taken care of and heard. I came for tires and an oil change and a multi point inspection. I waited two weeks for my appointment.When I arrived the tires weren't there, or ordered. So I was asked to come back the following day. inspection. I waited two weeks for my appointment.When I arrived the tires weren't there, or ordered. So I was asked to come back the following day. it's an hour drive for me to get there. Then they replaced the air filter and did an oil change and I ended up waiting 2 1/2 hours after already waiting two weeks for my appointment. The only reason I gave two stars was because the people there are really nice. I had no problem with any employees. just long wait times and they could have made sure my tires were ready upon arrival. I wont be going back to Jim Butler KIA for basic maintenance. More
