Great staff, I just wish they would be more accurate in their estimation of time to complete the work. When I first went there I was in and out pretty quickly for an oil change and tire rotation - just li their estimation of time to complete the work. If we would have known it was going to take so long we would have just left it. More

Polite, and kind. But didn’t hold up to what they said. We purchased the car 5 days before we could pick it up. So that they could fix a few thing, change oil and do an alignment, was told they would make sure the brakes were good to go, oil changed and a full service. Car was never even detailed. And a week after picking up the vehicle our oil life light came on with only 15% oil life left… I have not seen any paperwork to prove they did anything. They did pay for a detailing, but again it was a pain. To have to keep going back and mess with things. More
