My name is Jake, I am the Service Manager at Jim Butler Kia. I am very sorry to hear about your recent visit. I would definitely like to hear more about your experience. I know there are recalls that the vehicle has to be inspected first and parts ordered by VIN, so we cannot have parts here. Our employees are generally very good at letting people know up front if a recall, or repair will take multiple visits.
