I bought my vehicle brand new in end of June and in early July I noticed a blue line on my screen. I have reached out to Kia service department and spoke with Keith Sutton several times about this issue with July I noticed a blue line on my screen. I took my vehicle up to the service department to be looked at, just for nothing to be resolved or changed. Everytime I called, I’m asked for me to send screenshot of the screen by email, which I do and now it’s September, I have yet to hear back or provided an update on the steps need to take. it’s very upsetting to buy a new vehicle from Kia and to already have an issue right out the gate, that has yet to be resolved. I have been provided absolutely no help or communication from and the Kia service team. All I’m wanting is blue line to be removed From screen on my new vehicle. More
