We scheduled a fix with you for an email recall from KIA Corp to have a fuse replaced. This was after another dealer had said that my Optima didn’t need it. When we arrived they told my wife that they didn’ Corp to have a fuse replaced. This was after another dealer had said that my Optima didn’t need it. I had an appointment scheduled for a recall item and an oil change and tire rotation and thought it was at 7:30 am. It wasn’t until 3:30 pm. My husband and I have taken but of our there to get fixed and they call and say it's ready and it has the same problem we took in for. One day appt took 4 days. My vehicle was driven well beyond any test drive mileage and time. Over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is a bit much, but the waiting area was pleasant enough.
