I find it very comforting when I walk into Jim Butler Kia and Keith Sutton knows my name. He’s been my service representative for about 14 years. I’m on my second Kia and I chose to purchase here again becau and Keith Sutton knows my name. He’s been my service representative for about 14 years. Service was good. My only problem/complaint is that my safety recall and my warranty repairs needed parts that weren't in stock.
