My son told him we were going to buy the car and he said he would clean it up and put a sold sign on it and we told him we would be there as soon as he got there this morning. We called and he was not there and once he got there we told him we were on the way. He let us drive all the way down there without telling us that the car was already sold and while he was explaining his .......finely crafted excuse and he had the professionalism to take another call - we walked out. This guy Mike is everything a car salesman is rumored to be. More

Lied to get me there, and then didn't honor the pricing they gave me online. I got this quote online and asked them point blank..."is this the price i'll pay when I get there"? They said absolutely maam....we value your business...blah blah blah. Bottom line...I got there and they added all kinds of fees and said I didn't qualify for any of the rebates in the quoted price. I left, went to the dealer by my house and bought the car in 1 hour. I should have never wasted my time. More

Salesman lied to me in the phone to get me there. Told me vehicle was there for test drive. When I got there, was told I need to do a credit check- even though I had previously told him I would be securing m vehicle was there for test drive. After I told him I felt like he misled me, he started to get extremely rude. I wanted to punch him to be honest. Left and went to Tameron Hyundai in Hoover and had a very enjoyable experience. My family has purchased several New Nissans from Jim Burke over the years and I must say they have always been professional and attentive each and every time. We have always used the internet to begin the process and this last time we were put in contact with Wendi Baldwin. She was quick on the response and very attentive to what my wife really wanted with her new car. SHe listened, wasn't pushy and didn't make us any empty promises either. It was a pure joy. A great experience overall. Here sales manager, Will hunter, called us after we had taken delivery to make sure all went well. These folks really do care about theoir customers. I would recommend them to anyone that is listening. Plus the guys in service make you want to come back again. All very friendly and understanding. My suggestion: GO SEE THEM!!!! More

My first impression was terrible. I then continued to test drive a vehicle that I decided I'd like to purchase. After having my vehicle evaluated for a possible trade-in, the guy helping me, who had been EXTREMELY nosey, rude, and pushy throughout the entire time I had been there, walked up and stated that I had been dishonest about the price I had stated that vehicles just like mine were selling for. At that point, he lost a sale. I was very much aware of what a realistic sale/trade price for my car was. Not only was he rude during the entire transaction, but he called me a liar and went on to offer me a ridiculously terrible deal on my trade. These guys offered me $3500 less on my trade than the previous place that I had shopped, insulted me, and had the nerve to tell me as I was leaving "come back to us when you realize you aren't going to find a better deal elsewhere. Oh, AND because I'm the only one who has been honest with you!" Luckily, I made it out alive, and I am currently driving a brand new vehicle that I purchased from a dealer who treated me with respect. More
