"Free" Oil Canges The Big Lie Refused to give me a "Free" oil change until I paid around $200 in maintenance,. My car is under warranty and is new, but the still wanted me to pay. Not only that, there's nothing wrong or broken on my car! These people just wanting to scam people... Don't fall for the "Free" oil changes, just another big lie from these dealerships...just more false advertising... More

Rude managers The manager, as well as sales force are so unprofessional it was very disturbing. They stood around talking to each other laughing completely ignoring The manager, as well as sales force are so unprofessional it was very disturbing. They stood around talking to each other laughing completely ignoring my me as I was trying to decide on a 2015 Jeep. I was prepared to purchase and had made all arrangements to finance through my credit union from whom I was receiving an excellent interest rate. The manager talked down to me and gave me all the reasons why I should finance through their Chrysler bank rather than my own. I was insulted at the way I was treated. When I said I wanted to go through my credit union, he stormed off and spoke to the salesperson. I could hear what they were saying about me (making jokes about me and that I was uninformed) as I was only 10 feet away. I was very informed and was not going to be "taken" by their ploys. Needless to say I left and will never return. More
Repaired one problem and created another! I went in for a new oil pan as mine was leaking from the plug threads were waddled out which took four days to complete with no rental car. The next week I'm back there with another oil leak which they say is the rear main seal which is yet another $1000! They create problems to keep you coming back and won't help at all with the cost! Take your car somewhere else! More

So I did and they treated me as if I had the best credit in the world. I was able to buy a new Sonata with 0 cash down. I will be telling everyone I know about my experience. More
