DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICES Negotiated a bottom line price on a new 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan yesterday at Jim Burke Dodge and had them to right it on paper to show it to me. Afte Negotiated a bottom line price on a new 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan yesterday at Jim Burke Dodge and had them to right it on paper to show it to me. After agreeing to that price and doing the paper work noticed something did not look right and after getting home with a calculator and going through it I noticed they had added $2000.00 back on to our agreed bottom line price. Which made it over a $1000.00 higher than their advertised price. Very deceptive. BUYER BEWARE! Could have got a 2016 with same equipment at local dealership for that price. More
Poor Service We have a 2013 Pathfinder Platnum with a leak. Not sure where, no thanks to the service department. We have taken it in 3 times the past 3 months, 2 We have a 2013 Pathfinder Platnum with a leak. Not sure where, no thanks to the service department. We have taken it in 3 times the past 3 months, 2 times the past 3 weeks to repair the leak. Each time, we were told a rason for it, that they had fixed the leak. They hadn't. We took it back this past Wednesday and they kept it overnight. Their findings was that the leak was from the windshield we had installed 6 months ago, and we should take it back to the place that put it in. We did. They did a water test, and it did not leak. That was this past Friday. We've had a steady drizzle Sat and Sun, and the floor and floor mat are soaked. I'll be interested to see what Jim Burke Niessan tells mewhen I call them tomorrow. One thing I know for sure, Niessen has a very pissed off customer, but I don't think they care.. More

Not Listen too people I took my car in because it over heated. Let staff know what happened but no one listened. They repaired things they thought were wrong. My car overheated again and left me on the side of the road. No its there again and there asking for 1800 more, oh yeah discount 1185 now. BEWARE! People still take advantage of of others. God bless anyone who takes there vehicle there. I don't want anyone to be stressed or died because of people just not listening. More
