I was shopping around for a new Wrangler in the Birmingham area. I first visited Benchmark, then Hendrick, and finally Jim Burke. I guess third time really is the charm. Out of the three dealerships, Jim Burke won my business. My salesman, Joe Sucharski, was very easy to deal with. He was friendly, shot me straight, and made sure I was happy. I didn't get the sleazy "used car salesman" feel from him at all. That's the kind of person I want to buy a car from. As far as the other guys in the dealership, everyone there was friendly and welcoming. I had the door held for me when I arrived. Everyone I contacted stopped me to say hey and see how everyhing was going (in a friendly way, not in a fighting to get your business way). Overall great experience. Definitely give them a shout when you're looking for a new vehicle! More
