Service visit Jim Burke Service center is horrible. Because of this I will NEVER buy from them again. The man and lady that accepts the payments are rude and act like you owe them a service and they are the customer. also there should be no personal tv watching if the employees is supposed to be working. Its shows a disservice to the customer when they are ready to pay. I spent over 1k for a service. I have a Hyundai, the puchasing of the car was great. I had no clue the service center was that horrible. They are never fully staff on the Saturday and even though they are open 7am until 1 about a year ago it was until 3pm. But they stop taking cars at 10am. There is always some excuse to warrant being seen during the week only. I spent over 1k for a service visit there today. No thanks for your business or have great weekend. The only reason I still have to go is because of the free oil change for life with the purchase of the vehicle. I have even requested the Service manager to call me. That still hasn't happened.!!! Dont buy a car from Them!!!!! More

Horrible service, appointment with Wendell Burks, no show! Was told my credit was ok, fir a rubicon , was told there were 3 white ones . There was only 1 white one . They had it listed on lot for 41,000, but o Was told my credit was ok, fir a rubicon , was told there were 3 white ones . There was only 1 white one . They had it listed on lot for 41,000, but on Internet for 37,000. And told me it was 38,000. Waited 30min for an appointment that Wendell Burks set up. Never showed. They were not friendly . Overheard them talking about us at the loan desk about us . Was there for 4 hours , after telling me they had a rubicon for 26,000 with 33,000. White 2 door. Beware of liars and old men with no work ethic. No get up and go. And the man that works at the front desk , basically just gave up on selling me anything, after we could not come to a compromise. If u want a run around with liars and shady people , then come here. And ask for Wendall Burks. I had ovarian cancer 6 yr ago, so my credit was not great but the money I make over shadows that . They didn't want to work together to get 8000$ taken care of . Even though that had not sold one car that day!!!! More

No Disclosure! Sold Me A Brand New Car That Had Been Wrecked I have bought many cars over the years and this was my first Dodge experience. If you are considering a new car from Jim Burke you may want to ask for I have bought many cars over the years and this was my first Dodge experience. If you are considering a new car from Jim Burke you may want to ask for a Car Fax! You would never think to ask for something like this on a brand new car but from what I experienced they will not tell you that the new car you are signing for has been in an accident until the next day!!! The general manager, Cameron, was completely unprofessional! Who sales someone a brand new car and not know that it was wrecked at the same dealership?!?! When I wanted to get my car back I was told they had sold it already. WOW, it makes me think that when they said they completely forgot to disclose the fact that the car was in an accident and that they sold my car in 1 day, that all of that is a bunch of garbage! They knew when I was there that I wasn\'t sold on buying a new car from them and they haggled with me for 5-6 hours!! That is plenty of time for someone to notify me that the car had been in an accident! I personally believe that this was intentionally held from me in order to get me to buy it. It was the very last 15 that they had which I know now why!! To sum up, ask for a carfax from them!! I will never ever buy another dodge period!! Since my first Dodge experience was this awful I would be too scared to ever again! More

Service Department is a Ripoff Took my 2015 Tucson in for service yesterday, requesting the 30,000 mile maintenance. I expected that I would the Hyundai recommended service, but no Jim Burke decides to lay on lot of unnecessary service. What did I get? A bill for $770 for what should have been manufacturer recommended service. They thought it was funny - I did not. More
