Service Was Quick!!! I had routine maintenance done last week and the service department has improved 100%. I was in and out in less than an hour. The service staff are all so friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make their customers happy. All my questions were answered and all items completed were explained to me. The service department has now made it as enjoyable as possible to deal with. Would recommend to anyone!!! More

We purchased our "new to us" vehicle in November 2015 and chose this dealership beca My experience with this dealership has been xxxxty since day one. We purchased our "new to us" vehicle in November 2015 and chose this dealership because of its location to our home and coverage with our insurance. Recently our AC went out in our vehicle and when we took it in they stated they could not find a problem with it and that it needed freon. Less than 300 miles later the AC went out again so apparently there was a problem. We took the vehicle back in to be told almost 2 days later that there was a leak and that it would take 3-5 days to get the part in and fix it, we were given a rental car in the mean time. While my vehicle sat at the dealership a 12+ inch crack appeared in the front windshield. I am now being told by the General Manager Dale that while the problem occurred during my vehicles time at the dealership I am responsible for fixing it. I understand that I live in Florida and 1 windshield per year is free when filing a claim to our insurance company, I feel it is not my insurance companies problem to fix and here's why. I did not have possession of the vehicle at the time the crack occurred. When my vehicle was dropped off at this dealership there was nothing wrong with the windshield and the technician who checked it in has stated there was no crack at the time of drop off. While speaking with Dale I have gotten no where except being told this was my problem and now he has hung up on my husband and other managers have been extremely rude. This dealership is unbelievable and they conduct business unprofessionally. This dealership needs to fix my windshield before I will pick up my vehicle. More

He's helped me out on my second truck now, soon to be a third and final truck, the mac daddy of all trucks. I totally recommend dealing with Aaron, never a dull moment. I took my jeep liberty to the shop in dade city on Feb.14th 2016 after I could of went to good year in Zephyrhills, the shop that has been working on little things to my vehical. I wanted a more professional well known chrysler to service the installation of a transmission which completely went out. My service perfessional at chrysler was Jean. Jean told me the tranny was bad, okay we knew that needed to be replaced. He contacted my warranty company they said it world be shipped out, 3-4 business days. Fine! This was on Wednesday the 15th. Come next week I have it on Feb 21th Tuesday I call to see if they received the tranny. He told me that it would be 10-14 days that he hasn't received it. I was confused but okay. So I call my warranty company and confirm. They said no it was signed for Monday Feb 20th. I started laughing. So I call Jean back and said. Hey I just spoke with the warranty company they called to get an update on the work to ask how everything was going, and also said that the tranny was delivered and signed Monday Feb 20th, that they needed to call the claims department to find where this transmission was delivered to. Jean was not available but ten minutes I got a phone call back saying ohhhh my parts guy didn't tell me the transmission came in. I'll have my guy on it, your vehical should be done by Thursday takes a day to put in. Okay all this time passed i need a rental have to work. I should've know at the first lie to take my vehical eles where. This only gets better! Come Thursday I call so are we ready this was on Feb 23. Nope didn't get to get to it yet, should be done Friday Monday Jean says. Frustrated but okay. Wednesday 03/01 is finally when I got my vehical back only to walk in to a 544.82 bill! My warranty deductible was 200.00, the days he was supposed to extend the rental car, which he said they denied he never asked for an extention only one day! When he knew the car wasn't going to be ready for 3 more days! Then as I just learned today. He taxed me with 97.00 in taxes, 75 in miscellaneous charges and 25 in parts. I told him this isn't going to work, called the warranty company and asked what exactly did they pay because I had a 500.00 plus bill in front of me. He was shocked too. So he informed me. Jean only asked for 1 day extended rental, I'm not supposed to pay taxes on a extended warranty per Fl.State Law and there is no miscellaneous charges. All I Should be paying is my deductible and 13 days of rental car at 9.22. I waited on hold while he straightened Jean out. When my claims guy got back on the phone. I asked him what did Jean say about the taxes as to why he taxed me. My claims guys says, I reminded him of the law and advised him I could fax him the contact and law that applied. Jean response was yeah your right, I forgot! Wth how do you forget? I wonder how many people you ripped off and the company actually allows this🙄. My final bill was 370.00 that sounded about right. Jean didn't even say anything to be after it was said and done just walked with his head down, didn't look at me, not even when he got my keys and drove my vehical around. He knew he just got caught in a scandal. Needless to say this pave is a rip off literally, lies, such an inconvenience on a hard situation as it was. would not recommend anyone to go there. There is a lot of elder people there that gets there vehical serviced. If they all knew the high possibility of being ripped off and stole from while being smiled at in their faces. They'd higher a lawyer, they should and yall should look at yalls bills with them to. What they are doing is soooooooo wrong. I intend to post on every review, media sight so no one gets this same treatment. More

M What a fantastic experience I had buying my brand new Chrysler 300. I stopped in on a Sunday to test drive a 'Challenger and ended up buying a 300. My first point of contact was the sales manager TJ. I told him what I was looking for and he introduced me to Chris Cusker. Chris was awesome form the second we met. He made me feel like we were old friends and he was extremely knowledgeable on their cars. My wife and I took a Challenger out for a drive and we loved everything about it except the size of the back seat. It was just way to small for our needs. As we returned to the dealership and parked the car, we stopped to look at these two Chrysler 300's that were sitting right out front. Two 2015 300's with the original window sticker. Priced above our budget but nice to look at. TJ said if we were interested in one of them he would give us a killer deal just to get them off the lot. We took one for a test drive. It only had 60 miles on it and we fell in love with the car. TJ absolutely gave us Killer deal and we decided to purchase it. By this time it was getting later in the day and we finished up with the financing. The dealership closes at 4p on Sunday but Chris was not leaving until he went over everything with us. First he personally helped the detailer clean the car and get it ready for us to drive home. At 5p Chris was sitting in the back seat showing us how to use every feature the car came with. (AN HOUR AFTER THEY CLOSED AND THE SALE WAS FINAL HE WAS STILL THERE MAKING SURE WE KNEW HOW TO WORK EVERYTHING.)The last car I bought, I just figured out everything on my own. Chris even offered his cell phone number and said not to hesitate if we needed anything or had questions. This was THE BEST car buying experience I have EVER had. Thank you Chris, TJ and everyone at Jim Brown. More
