After deciding on what type of car we wanted and contacting several dealerships, including one in our hometown, we decided on purchasing from Jim Browne in Dade City because it is obvious they want contacting several dealerships, including one in our hometown, we decided on purchasing from Jim Browne in Dade City because it is obvious they want to sell vehicles and have a staff that is welcoming and value the customer. Paul Coats was in contact with my wife almost immediately after expressing interest in purchasing from there, and went over and beyond. The majority of the transaction was completed virtually until we made the 70 mile drive to Dade City yesterday. The vehicle had already been transported from Tampa and was cleaned and fueled up ready to go. All we had to do was sign the paperwork and drive away. They offered more for our trade-in than other dealerships and gave me no hassle in honoring a National Affiliate Rewards program that I was eligible to use. All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and went over and beyond in making us feel welcome and that were were valued customers. More

Best experience ever! Vince quickly responded via text and phone to make the deal. He set up appt for us on Sunday and we drove 4 hrs to get our new Ram 2500.
