Bought 3 new vehicles at 3 different dealerships this year. (2022). I wish I had started with Jim Browne. The 1st two were nightmares. Cars were hard to come by and these first two dealers took huge advantages because they knew they could get away with it. Jim Browne was a breath of fresh air. Going in, expecting the worst and ended up having the most pleasurable time buying my latest car. I can't say enough about this dealership. Drive the extra distance if you have to, it is well worth it. One more thing, I researched the car I wanted all across the nation from Florida to California. Jim Browne had one of the best (if not THE best) price around. Well worth the 120 mile drive! More

Beware they lied about the history and location from the 2020 GMC Terrain I bought, Sales Girl Marisa S. And the GM Jim I flat out lied when I asked sales girl she told me it was a 1 owner trade in from her 2020 GMC Terrain I bought, Sales Girl Marisa S. I asked several times for a car fax and everything was rushed I didn't even notice now I bought 10/22/22 ... I noticed some rust on brakes etc so I pulled report car had been advertised and traded 19 times and you guest it was at several dealerships up in New Your where they use salt to melt snow which now , this place is refused to rewind my loan or make it right, not only that but the GM thinks he can yell and try to intimate me, well I'm not scared of him and they know what they did I had someone put my car on lift to see extent of corrosion from salt they said my suv is not safe to drive , Please see attached photos Try being honest like that car should have been salvaged but no all you care about is making a deal no matter what it might do to the customer (Me ) More
