After recently paying off the vehicle with her tax return money, with pride and a big smile, she was driving to school when her vehicle quit driving. The transmission, it turns out had a catastrophic failure which would require a complete replacement. It seems there were some angels working, behind the scenes here: Her dental assisting instructor called her husband, a car repair professional with 40 + years experience, who also happened to be be an instructor at a technical college in Tampa. He contacted Dale Allison at Jim Browne Citrus Chrysler in Dade City, since this was near where this young lady actually lived, and asked him to look after this case and try to help her. This dealership found a perfect fit in a trade in that was low mileage and good condition that fit her pocket book and needs. Amazing Service! Through looking on the internet I originally was contacted by a sister dealership in Tampa, FL. and received horrible service. I did not want to work with that dealer from the beginning but was told I had no choice. I wanted to deal with the Dade City dealership because I had previously purchased a vehicle there and they were awesome. So I took it on myself to go to the Dade City dealer anyways to work out my car purchase and once again the service was incredible. I was met at the door by Chris Cusker and was treats like I had been his friend for years. He answered every question and waked me through the deal to get exactly what I wanted. Then I met with Duncan Marquis to go through the financing processes. Duncan was also the same person to help me with my prior purchase a year ago. Can't say enough about how thankful I was for their friendliness and professionalism. I plan on using them for all my future car purchases.
