Appointment service was NOT timely! My appointment for a simple oil change and a 25(??) point check was very late. I made my appointment allowing one hour (which is extremely reasonable My appointment for a simple oil change and a 25(??) point check was very late. I made my appointment allowing one hour (which is extremely reasonable) to be able to get to a 12:00 appointment back in Zephyrhills. When my vehicle was not done by 11:15 I inquired about it and after the service tech checked I was told that it was being done. Had I walked in off the street I would expect to wait, but I had an appointment. Only one person should be scheduling appointments so that this does not happen!!! I was NOT the only client that was experiencing this MESS today (4-12-2017). Sincerely Juanita Eiland.
