I am extremely disappointed with the service department at Jim Bone Nissan. I purchased my car brand new a little over a year ago, and it currently has less than 12,000 miles on it. I also purchased over $ at Jim Bone Nissan. I purchased my car brand new a little over a year ago, and it currently has less than 12,000 miles on it. I also purchased over $7,000 worth of additional warranties for peace of mind. I had an appointment at 8:15 AM for them to inspect my front tires because they are already completely worn down after only one year of ownership. This should not happen on a nearly new vehicle with such low mileage. To make matters worse, I brought the car in just 5 months ago for its first oil change and maintenance, and now I’m being told that my battery terminal cable and mounting are corroded — and that the warranty does not cover it. I find that very concerning considering the age and mileage of the vehicle. I trusted Nissan and the dealership when I purchased this car and the extended warranties, but so far the experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I expected better customer service, better inspection during maintenance visits, and more accountability for issues happening this early in ownership. More
