The service provider was extremely rude upon my arrival. I was 15 min early for my appointment which was 8 am and he rudely told me “we don’t open until 8” he took my keys and told me he would check me in a I was 15 min early for my appointment which was 8 am and he rudely told me “we don’t open until 8” he took my keys and told me he would check me in at 8. He then proceeded to continue to be rude through my time there. He informed me that they were no longer accepting enterprise maintenance cards for my car. I then told him I would take my business elsewhere. I will never do business with Jim bone again. I will also let my friends and family know about the time of customer service you can expect from your business. More
