First off, Mr. Robles, we are very sorry that you are upset over this matter. It has always been our intention to give the best customer experience to ALL our customers, and that is the reason why we have been in business for over 60 years! To clarify a few things, our salesperson did try to reach out multiple times to notify you that the plates were in. We actually pick the plates up from the courthouse when they are ready. They are not mailed to us from the state, which we tried to explain to your wife; it's way more efficient for us to send someone rather than them being mailed to us. Now, we personally send customers plates through the mail, but ONLY after they give us permission to do so, which we never received from you because we couldn't get a hold of you. When you did finally come in to pick up the plates, we did offer some compensation (free oil change) because you seemed upset, and even though we tried to explain to you that we tried to contact you multiple times about your plates, we wanted to de-escalate the situation. At first, you seemed okay with the compensation, but then you quickly decided that it wasn't enough. Your wife then emailed us on the 25th of February expressing how she was upset about the situation and said in her email that we should pay you $240 for the time you missed at work to pick up those plates, which both of you came to pick up. Mack Harper (the sales manager) then reached out to her by phone and email but did not hear back from her until the 7th of March. There is no benefit for us to keep your plates for a long period of time; we, in fact, probably want to get them to you quicker than you want them. We did try to notify you about your plates being in, and we are truly sorry the situation became so upsetting for you. We hope this clarifies some of the misconceptions about this situation.
