Unfortunately the supply chain with parts is a nation wide concern, however we are working diligently to get your issue resolved as soon as possible. We are extremely sorry about the way you feel your experience transpired. As per our policy, we sell on a first come first serve basis and as you said we worked on a deal with you for a couple of days. Unfortunately while you were trying to negotiate better terms than the sale price advertised anoth er customer committed to purchase the vehicle and we reached an agreement. We informed you we had a similar vehicle on the way that we would be happy to reserve for you if we could come to an agreement, but that was not an option for you. We do have customers come from all over the Concho Valley and across the Country to purchase from us due to our selection and prices. We appreciate the opportunity we had to earn your business and wish you the best. Found another ford maverick in Anson Tx. Great sevice and true to there word. Meaning they didnt tell me one thing and do another. Also got it for about $4000 cheaper than the one at Jim Bass Ford. Thank you Jim Bass Ford for turning me away. Your loss, not mine.
