Great experience. From first call to driving away. I just wanted to say thank you to Briana. I'm not the easiest to deal with. But she was able to answer all of my questions. Awful Experience! I bought a used car from Jibb on Nov 14, 2015. The price of the car was $2555 but I ended up paying $3470. When I was signing the paperwork, the fin I bought a used car from Jibb on Nov 14, 2015. The price of the car was $2555 but I ended up paying $3470. When I was signing the paperwork, the finance person did not even tell me what I was signing as he was hurrying me along and seemed annoyed when I was looking over the paperwork. I ended up signing for an anti-theft package for $369! When I went back before my 30 days ran out to return the car (it had many other major issues), the owner (Sam Jidd) told me to sell it on craigslist. I asked him in the why on earth would they sell and install an anti-theft package on a $2555 car and he just said, "Well, you signed the paperwork for it, didn't you". I asked for the $369 back and they said no. Thank goodness the company who services that package rejected the car, so I did end up getting my $369 back after 2 phone calls and an email to the finance person. Since I couldn't return the car to Jidd without a significant loss (at least that was Mr. Jidd said) I waited patiently for the title to come in the mail so I could sell it. After 10 weeks, I still did not have a title. I called the title person at Jidd and she said she would get back to me. She never did so I called again. When I finally got a hold of her she said that she talked to the State and that they were running behind and to expect the title in a week. Very frustrated, I went to the Secretary of State police in Villa Park to complain and then to the DMV. They checked with the State and Jidd never even filed the paperwork! So I can see that the title person was clearly lying. I finally ended up getting the title nearly 4 months after I purchased the car. Absolutely ridiculous! Awful experience! More
Not your typical car buying experience! I called in looking to finance a vehicle and having shopped around for a few weeks I was relieved with my experience dealing with Jidd motors and thei I called in looking to finance a vehicle and having shopped around for a few weeks I was relieved with my experience dealing with Jidd motors and their salesman Cameron. Some dealerships had given me the run around and others were just downright rude, which made the process very exhausting. Thus why when I got in contact with Cameron at Jidd, I was much more satisfied. He was very polite, professional, and informative. I would recommend this dealership, and Cameron, to anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle without the typical hassle that tends to come with the car buying experience. More

Cameron took his time and even worked with me for an extended period of time over the phone after I told him I had just started looking and was unsure if I was in fact going to be purchasing. I really appreciated his help, and he made me feel really comfortable. I've spoke to several dealers today and they all rushed me off of the phone. I'm glad I spoke with Cameron and was able to get all the information I needed to be one step closer to making a purchase! More
