Recent purchase of a 7 series BMW that all started with the call to the dealer, which was handled in a courteous manner and very professionally. I was connected with the right person and negotiated a price for the car that I was looking for on line. Upon arriving the next day at the dealer, the purchase went according to plan with absolutely no surprises attached. Everyone at the dealer was polite and made it a point to introduce themselves at every juncture during my stay. Special thanks go out to Sam Jidd, Robert Berger, Brandon, Pete and Dana, and anyone else I have neglected to mention for their individual assistance for making the experience a special one. I absolutely plan to stay in contact with them in the years to come as I surely will have the need to rely on them for the fine specialty cars they can provide for me. Worst dealer ever This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. I traded in my car for a new car. Lies lies lies. They will do anything they can so that you will bu This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. I traded in my car for a new car. Lies lies lies. They will do anything they can so that you will buy the car from them. There was a rip on my car seat. They promised me that they will take care of it before buying. After that, one salesperson just denied it after my purchase. And the owner came out and promised to repair it for me. I waited for 5 days and called them and texted them. No replies and Nothing happened. I went to the dealer again and they gave me address which was so far away from home. After 20 days, I sold my car back to them, expecting the same price. However, they charge u 400( weird doc fee) and 10 percent restocking fee. When buying, they said they not gonna charge me anything if I sold the car back to them. Lies lies lies. Worst thing is the new female manager was extremely rude after I caught her lying. She wanted to charge me for 600 miles I put on the car (which was not mentioned anywhere and different from their policies online). I told her to check online herself. Owner Sam pretended that he didn't know this 30 day exchange policy and wanted to charge me more also. I told them to check website themselves. That red hair sales manager was extremely rude and asked me if I speak English when I let her explain her ridiculous extra charge. Very unprofessional. Who treats customers like that? Owner Sam said "she had her moments" and started laughing after I complained to him. What kinda explanation is that? I'm not here to enjoy "her moments" and your lies. This dealer is full of lies. Avoid at all cost! 100% authentic. More
