Regret with the purchase Frustrated and quite unhappy.. I purchased a car from Michigan over Internet and the close the deal over the phone. I flew in from Michigan to Chicago to pick up my car - dealership employee Luca told me it's only one key for this car when I got there. I priced replacement key thru Lexus dealership and for Lexus ES 350 to replace a new key it is $403. That is $403 increase in a sales price of my car. It was never disclosed in the purchase order. I wish employees were more organized, I got wrong paperwork for different car -vin # and year did not match and it took a wile to locate log nuts for the wheels. One week later I still don't have a title and documentation for the car. Manager Robert Berger wasn't helpful at all and was covering up for his employees who didn't do their job. With all set and done I have multiple options to buy car somewhere else within same price range. Unsuccessfully I contacted several times Adam Jidd ( the owner) he never bothered to return my phone calls. Bottom line: I wish I would have a better experience with buying car from this dealer and am disappointed that I was to trustful. More

Very bad experience. Purchase SUV from them 2months ago. I purchase a SUV with them last October 8, 2016 Test Drive the car. Pricing was great. Drove the car the same day to michigan after signing the contract. Finance Manager Rob Berger told me he will send the registration for plate within the week after contract done. It has been 2months now. Temporary Registration already expired so I couldn’t drive the SUV. Worst thing is I’m already started to paying the Loan and insurance but still couldn’t drive it since Temp Registration is expired. Called them to follow up. Everytime I call. I’ve been promise they will send the papers overnight. Next day, no package from them. Almost 2months now. SUV has been parked for in my driveway for almost a month now since temp was for a month only. Also, Initial contract reflects different loan company/bank than previous presented. I call the initial bank from the contract. They said they don’t have any account from me. Jidd should inform me on this most critical inform if they are changing the autoloan company that im getting. More

This is because they charge everyone the same flat fee (VIP) regardless of the car they are buying. On a used car, this is significant. If buying used, buyer beware of the flat fee. Wish I had known ahead of time. Car washes and detailing will be nice, but honestly I'd rather save that money off the cost of the car. More
