Literally I deposit a BMW first, but they sell to others. On Jan 3rd, I drove all the way from Iowa to his dealership which is almost 6 hour. The day before Jan 3rd, I made a phone call with saler Ken and he On Jan 3rd, I drove all the way from Iowa to his dealership which is almost 6 hour. The day before Jan 3rd, I made a phone call with saler Ken and he suggested me to deposited on the car I want which is a 08 BMW 335xi and I did it. I was super excited on the way to see the car I was looking for a long time. I arrived there at 5pm and the counter told me I need to wait for ken. After 30mins waiting, ken showed up but he looks nervous and told me there was something wrong with the car I was looking for. After another 30mins wait, he told me there is another potiential buyer took away the car and also made the deposit actually after me and they might be not able to contact the buyer. At the beginning they told me the car was not sold and I still would be able to test drive see the car. But another 20mins waiting, a manager named Lucas come and told me that they couldn't reach him and if potential buyer wanted the car, they will sale to him because the car was in his hand not Jidd motors. The reason of this mistake they give me is someone mix up with another BMW 335xi which is 2010. It's a ridiculous reason. Finally, they told me the potential buyer is interested in that car and would buy it and let me go back and wait massage. It's a 2 hours waiting for nothing with madness and disappointment. They didn't compensate anything for me even one tank of gas. But they waste me 6 hours drive, 2 hours waiting and another 6 hours back with nothing. The whole journal is only for buy a car I want, BMW e92 335. Ken did apologize for me,but it's mean nothing to me. That's all your dealership mistake not me. On the day before I drive to Chicago jidd motor, I texted to ken that I will be there on 5pm, he said everything is good and reminded me to bring cashier check. I give him 500 dollars deposit, I trust the dealership at first and after see his text I rent a car and drive to Chicago jidd motors. You, jidd motors didn't lose anything also they sell their car. But for me, i get nothing and it wastes my whole two day. I am a college students and just be bullied by a big dealership. I would not recommend all my friend come this dealership and my friend feel sorry about my situation. DISAPPOINTED! MAD! More

HORRIBLE- BEWARE Deception/lying are the main sales tactics They told me their mechanics inspected a truck I was looking to buy and there were no issues the truck is in "great" shape. I had a PPI (pre-purchase inspection) done and there was a VISIBLE oil leak on the engine (I am an out of state buyer so trusting the dealer to represent the truck correctly). Then one manager, Luca, told me the Porsche dealer doing the inspection on the Porsche truck didn't know what they were talking about (even with a picture that Stevie Wonder could tell there is an oil leak from) and the leak was very very old, then a second manager Robert (supposedly the GM) told me the exact OPPOSITE- that the leak was very fresh and that's why they didn't tell me about it before I paid for a PPI (which I never would have gotten that far had they told me about the HUGE oil stain on the engine). These guys lied from every direction with zero REMORSE. These guys are the definition of lying, crooked car sales men! I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. More

We were welcomed by Tamara Daranuta and she gave us a tour of the incredible spacious show room with impressive collection of cars. She was very professional, and supportive during our decision and purchase process. Tamara was very polite and understanding. She is an asset to Jidd Motors. Manager Donnie Auramov gave us discounts on the upgrades and other offered service benefits which also helped with our decision. We are thrilled with our E 350, and will definitely work with Jidd Motors in future auto purchases. We also will be bringing in our E350 for services to Jidd Motors.
