SHADY- INSURANCE SCAMS - FAKE REVIEWS ** Every review that is showing 5 stars is friends, family, or one of the sales people. This place is absolute trash. I honestly do not even know where to start with this review so I am just going to wing it. First of all do not give these people your keys period. They will not give them back and when you do get them back your perfectly mint condition car will magically have problems. In fact, you should just go to a different dealership especially if you are looking for a luxury vehicle. I liked a Lexus on their website so decided to see what kind of trade we can work out (I have a 2013 g37 and its a rare car). When I first got there it reeked of shady used car dealers. I sat down with one of the salesman Jose who was very polite but didn't know much about the business he was working at let alone the managers, or owner. The Next sequence of event followed. -Waited 30 minutes for them to get the Lexus and could not give me a straight answer on where the car was. - The car was used as one of the sales guys Demo car and they didn't even bother to clean it. -When going back inside they told me they could give me half the price for my car and told me the trans was going to blow and my battery might be dead ( my roommate worked on cars for 8 years and I just had my oil changed, the car was fine and had no sensor lights) - Them knowing my battery was dead they still had me walk out to my car and ask them to jump it. - It took them 30 minutes to find someone to jump the car then REFUSED to show me the sensor report ( I was later left a voicemail of them telling me they could fix the transmission with the insurance money and do it for free... hmmmmmm I wonder why) - I asked to speak with the owner and he was no where to be found. - I now have to take my car into my dealership which is 40 minutes away to see if they literally tried breaking my car to try to get a better price on the trade. MORAL OF THE STORY IS STAY FAR AWAY FROM JIDD MOTORS! More

Scammers Beware..beware buyers! Make sure you read every single word before you sign papers! So many hidden charges which we never expected to be paying for. Beware..beware buyers! So many hidden charges which we never expected to be paying for. & the managers we dealt with never mentioned that they will be charging us for preparation which is free car washes & detailing $ 795.00 oh & for Vip package! Really?!! Who would pay this amount of money for something we don't need. Watch out for etching fee! They even charge you $400.00 for vin etching fee! Watch out for dock fee for storing our records in files for 7 years!!! We were told this is mandatory from the government. No other dealers charges you for all those added hidden fees! If we knew all this we wouldn't even wasted our time & money buying the car. We even paid cash on without even getting any break( discount). The finance person just barks at you! I wish I can give them 0 star! Beware!!!! More

All of what I have listed is pure fact and I'll gladly supply documentation should dealer rater request. -Found my car on Cars.com -Sales person Luca and Paul promised the car was "pristine" and that it had clean carfax -The car arrived with the below issues: *rear view camera did not work (was not plugged in, $150 dealer fee) *gas tank door did not close ($150 dealer fee) *1 missing OEM floor mat ($60) *deformed rear fenders due to poor workmanship *paint drips on trunk lid and both rear fenders *white over spray on rear bumper, trunk lid, and rear fenders *all 4 wheels had deep scratches, 1 center cap was missing *car was severely past due for an oil change (as verified by Mercedes Benz of Warwick) -After bringing this to life they said to get a quote to have the repairs done correctly -I gave them the certified body shop quote of $1100 and they offered $300 -After 3 months of arguing and being ignored the owner Adam Jidd finally offered to pay me $600 -they mailed me $500 and have been ignoring me ever since I took what I could get at that point and will to say the least, never shop here again They also held my $500 deposit for almost 2 months. If I did not send emails almost daily then I would have never saw that again either. The owner is your typical fast talking sales guy, deflect the problem and take no accountability. I would advise that you stay away from this unethical establishment. More
