Purchased my 2024 FXLRST from an affiliated dealership in OR. Jet City is 89 miles away from home and I pass two other dealerships to do business here. While most of my experience with this dealership has been in the service department, I can honestly say no matter where you linger in this store, folks are friendly and low pressure. I've been riding my bike for six months now and have clocked just over 10k miles. I bought the VIP so all my mileage service is done for me. I have never had a problem getting my bike in when needed. James, Dana and both techs that have worked on my bike have gone above and beyond to keep me on the road. Took the bike in today for some warranty work. Had some warped rotors needed replaced. While there I got my front tire replaced for free. This network of dealerships does free tires for life when you buy new from them. Riding is one of the best feelings I've experienced. Riding away from this service department gives me added confidence in the performance of my machine. I've been to many dealerships (CO, MT, WY, WA, OR, SD, Germany, England and Croatia) Jet City tops the list! More
HORRIBLE dealership. The only thing I can attibute their behavior to is that they are discriminatory against women riders. They had a bike I wanted that I found listed on Cycle Trader and their website. I called about it, then had one of my friends go take a look since I'm not in the area. He gave it a thumbs up so I asked the salesperson to call me to discuss purchase. No call despite me asking again later. A day later they had the front desk person text me that the bike had been pre-sold at auction and was no longer available. I've been in the automotive industry for over 20 years and dealt with auctions. If it had been sold to auction, it wouldn't be sitting at their dealer with a for sale sign on it so I knew that was xx. A couple days later, my brother went to the dealer and the bike was outside with a for sale sign - clearly not at auction or in the purchasers hands which is how auctions work. He said he wanted to buy it so they started the paperwork. Once they had his license another sales guy came and said oh, it's not for sale, we sold it at auction for $9900. TOTAL LIE! It's a $5000 bike, nobody is going to buy it at auction for twice the price. Unfortunately they knew my brother's name because I had originally told them he'd be the one to do the purchase on my behalf. So, once they found out who he was, they wouldn't sell it to him. 1 month later the bike is STILL on their lot for sale and also listed on Cycle Trader. None of my family nor friend's in the area, who own quite a few Harley's, will ever set foot in this dealership! Horribly sheisty business practices and a huge lack of customer service! More
