Out of curiosity or due diligence, we stopped at Jessup Cadillac for a "quick test drive," or so we thought. The moment we entered the showroom we were greeted professionally by the Manager, Braulio Rodriguez, we felt at ease and welcomed. He introduced us to a specialist, David Frizzell. At first, we thought, "specialist" on David's business card, was simply a contemporary synonym for "salesman" -- However, in minutes, we recognized, David is indeed a specialist! No pressure to close, no rush to hook a bigger fish. -- None of the tactics that buyers/lessees fear. David, not only listened to what we needed, features, trunk capacity, budget, etc. He exemplified patience, extensive knowledge, and assistance as my wife and I engaged in all the different options that Jessup had to offer. He was there every step of the way, including all the awesome bells and whistles (including safety features) the SUV had to offer. Our test drive was stellar. David and Braulio went beyond. We can't stop talking about their level of professionalism and accommodations. In summary, this was not our first rodeo. We've leased/bought, 2 BMWs, 2 Mercedes Benz, 1 Range Rover, and 1 Lincoln Navigator, (from various dealerships) in the last ten years. We live in the entertainment capital of the world; (Los Angeles) we're savvy. We know an "act," when we see one. The team at Jessup is on a level beyond compare. They are genuine and generous.
