Service was great! I was walk in. My only beef is the dealership needs to decide either you take credit cards or you don’t. Passing along a 3% fee to your customers is I was walk in. Melly met us when bringing in our car for routine service. She is extremely pleasant to work with. She arranged for an Uber for me to return home and a new text when our car was ready for pickup an service. She is extremely pleasant to work with. The Jessup Service Department handled a complicated situation professionally and efficiently, the part I needed was on backorder for over a month but they kept me informed as to what was going on.
