My experience with service at Jessup has always been great I purchased a 2009 Hybrid Escalade when it was brand new. I live in Long Beach but have a home in Palm Springs. I prefer to have my cars serviced at J I purchased a 2009 Hybrid Escalade when it was brand new. I live in Long Beach but have a home in Palm Springs. I prefer to have my cars serviced at Jessup in Palm Springs 120 miles from my main residence because of the great customer service and helpful attitude. My 2009 Hybrid Escalade was the first year of the Escalade Hybrid. The first 80,000 miles I didn't have a problem. After 80,000 miles some problems arose. The Hybrid system was covered under warranty but not all of the other parts were. Jessup knew these were related to the Hybrid system and worked out a special warranty to pay for the parts. Because of Jessup I purchased a brand new 2015 Escalade. This one is not a Hybrid but I knew it would be serviced correctly at Jessup. Here is a situation that I stayed with the Cadillac brand because of the dealership. What more can be said for loyalty. It works both ways. More

Excellent service department Took 2010 SRX in for 30K service (we don't drive much). Sherry got the process going in her usual attention to detail manner (that's good) and we had an annoying rattle in the front suspension that Matt (service foreman) tried to diagnose in a test drive. He couldn't hear the noise but promised he would investigate. A day later and the car was ready although the battery had somehow died overnight we we had to replace that also. Matt had found worn bushings in the steering carriage and that ended the problem with the suspension noise (covered by warranty). All in all a customer focused team we can rely on. More
Poor service I took my 2011 Buick Enclave in to have the front struts replaced. At the completion of the installation, my windshield was cracked at the cowl and t I took my 2011 Buick Enclave in to have the front struts replaced. At the completion of the installation, my windshield was cracked at the cowl and the service agent (John) acknowledged the crack and told me he would notify me when the replacement windshield would be in stock,.Two days later I received a call from John telling me the windshield was in and he set me up an appointment the following Monday. When I arrived on Monday (after rescheduling our day) I was informed that the windshield had in fact not been ordered and the agent (Lisa, subbing for John who was off) ) would have to speak to the service manager. After several minutes I was informed that the Manager was not available at the moment. Lisa told me she would follow up and I should hear something in a few days. A wasted afternoon and no resolution. More
