I thought after service of my car they will automatically wash the car without me asking them. I am used to it before with my previous dealer but they did not do it. I even asked the representative who sold wash the car without me asking them. I am used to it before with my previous dealer but they did not do it. I even asked the representative who sold the car to me and he said I have to let them know. Even the diirt in the car and footsteps when they got in are left in the driver side. It's a small thing but means a lot to me. I learned a lesson so hopefully if I will have my car service again, I will let them know. Sorry that's how I feel. More

The service we required was just the first oil change and a software update. We were not anticipating how long the software update would take before we arrived. Daniel was very honest and informed us upon our arrival. He very generously offered to take us wherever we wanted to go but actually the time passed quickly. The timeframe he informed of us was almost done to the minute exactly as promised. It was a very good experience. Highly recommend Daniel and Jessup Cadillac service. More
This recent service experience left me so very very disappointed! As if repairs at the dealership aren't pricey already, there was a sign informing me that I would be subject to an additional 3% charg disappointed! As if repairs at the dealership aren't pricey already, there was a sign informing me that I would be subject to an additional 3% charge if I chose to use a credit card! Could I have walked out and taken my business elsewhere? Absolutely.. maybe. I own a model that's somewhat unique (Chevy Volt) so finding an alternative place for service has been a bit challenging in my area (but you can be darn sure I'm going to try harder to find one)! I urge the dealership management to reconsider this practice. I know it has become the "fashionable" thing to do these days but I really feel the costs for accepting credit cards should be considered a cost of doing business, the way utilities, shop supplies and other related fees are. More
