We had been loyal customers for over 20 years (bought 6 vehicles) until last year when my wife wanted to trade in her corvette for a new one (24' model). There was absolutely no movement on price or trade vehicles) until last year when my wife wanted to trade in her corvette for a new one (24' model). There was absolutely no movement on price or trade in value for my wife's corvette. We ended up going to Aaron Chevy a week later and got the exact same car for 15k less and 5 k more for her trade in. Additionally the service department used to be the best around but in past years it slipped considerably. I will admit that this past experience was much more in line with the old Jessup service dept we had enjoyed previously. However, 1 good experience doesn't undo the last few years of abysmal service More

The reason for my return Monday (10/21/24) was front wheels vibrating on seat and steering wheel at 70 m/h) after my appt on 10/18 to check wheels pulling to LEFT at any speed. Brandie rescheduled appt for Thursday (11/24/2024 @ 8 AM). I arrived at 7:50 AM and car was not looked at until 1 PM and released to me at 5:30 PM. Brandy had put the work order to be the LAST to be serviced for the day. RESULTS: Jessups has been servicing my 2007 CAD from March 2012 (when relocating to RM) and ordering/purchasing my 2015 Platinum (with Steve Moore) and all service/maintenance thru Nov 24, 2024. The only reason a gave a 3 star rating is Brandie. You were massively understaffed it appears and she was all over the place working her tail off to help out. I had an appointment for a simple oil and filter change and took nearly 2 and half hours to accomplish. That is a long time to sit there and wait (I elected to wait assuming that with an appt it wouldn't take more than an hour or so). I witnessed many other unhappy customers. It didn't help that it was exacerbated by people wanting air in their tires, and for someone to put on new windshield wipers! More
