After confirming the service was under warranty the service writer completed the paperwork. The estimated 4 hour service was 7 hours and then I was presented with a $940.00 bill since the service wri service writer completed the paperwork. The estimated 4 hour service was 7 hours and then I was presented with a $940.00 bill since the service writer had incorrectly written it up and I had to wait until it was corrected. Finally they couldn’t find my truck and I had to walk the back lot myself to find it! Finally leaving the dealership in the dark for an hour and a half drive home in traffic! As a side note over the 7 hour wait when I would inquire for an update David seemed to have no idea who I was ? More

Generally pretty pleased -out of town failure fixed well and fast. My only complaint is their credit card policy - essentially they want cash for any payment - or they add a 3% surcharge to your bill. For and fast. I did not have a service appointment. They let me walk in for a first time service. The service was done and I was out the door in an hour. The employees were extremely nice.
