They forgot our vehicle and we waited at the dealership just under 4 hours for simple maintenance service. Lost paperwork is what we were told. My first service experience was awful! i waited on line for 35 minutes to check in a part was ordered for my car had i not been up against my warranty expiration date i for sure would h i waited on line for 35 minutes to check in a part was ordered for my car had i not been up against my warranty expiration date i for sure would have went somewhere else. 1 month after part was ordered i called to see if the part came in and i was advised the part has been there for 3 1/2 weeks , no one from Jessup called me to make an appointment. i had to call i was told the only person that can help me was my service advisor. unfortunately my advisor was busy i called 7 times and drove down their was 3 service advisors that were sitting there with no customers and they still couldn’t help me. i called the service manager Ron 5 times left 3 detailed message requesting a call back and he never called me back. after they install the part i will never go back k there. Jessup cadillac does not value their customers time More
