There is no one answering the phone in service dept. After 55 mins of trying I called through sales office to get to someone. I purchased one, leased one and brought the third in from my move from LV. Your expansion of business has eliminated the seating area. Unfortunate. More

Each time I have taken car in something is not finished or is wrong. I had a Lexus before and never had these kind of issues with service. Very disappointed in Jessup service department so far.
