Jessup is an authorized SAAV repair location. So, I rely on them for servicing my 2004 Saab. They always do a reasonable job. The problems this time were several: 1. I booked an appointment an So, I rely on them for servicing my 2004 Saab. They always do a reasonable job. The problems this time were several: 1. I booked an appointment and showed up on time, first thing in the morning, only to be told the car wouldnt be looked at until the next day. 2. I was contacted late the next day regarding the problem. I approved the work and the part was ordered, but late the next day I was informed the wrong part was sent, delaying the starting of the repair. 3. Stan knew we were leaving town, having delayed our departure a day when we knew the work would be delayed a day. However, there was no guarantee the work would be completed. 4. Stan said that they would alert me when the work was done and I could pay with a credit card. The car would then be delivered to my home garage, in Palm Springs. I was informed that the work was completed, but it took 3 weeks and several phone calls to get the credit card charged and then the car delivered. Stan was always great and very attentive. I can only assume he is very, very busy and there is no system to help out. I did e-mail the Service Manager to alert him to the problem. I never received a response, but assumed he was able to encourage the completion of the billing and delivery. The car is now in the garage, confirmed. I haven't driven the car to know that the car is fully functional but assume that it is. This is not the first time that I have brought in the SAAB, only to be told after checking in that there was no technician available. It would be useful to me to be contacted prior to arrival that there would be a delay in service. I still highly recommend JESSUP for their SAAB maintenance expertise. More

Everything was great. Only thing I can take issue with is the car wash I appreciate that you wash the cars after service. Worst service we have ever experienced. Told us to bring car in for recall (we had not lights etc) when they got the car they told us they didn't have the part. No loaner the first day. The next day received a loaner which we had for 13 days. Summary sheet said all work had been completed. Rattle is still there. Sheet said we refused to ok a new air filter - no one ever asked us about that so now will have to take it back in to somewhere else and have that done. Disorganized, uncommunicative - could not get a return call from Stan so finally called our salesman, David, and we received a call back immediatley. Left many messages - heard nothing from dealership. Worst experience ever and we bought a new Cadillac for the first time. Now wondering if that wasn't a huge mistake for many reasons. More
