Billy provided answers to all my questions and was well informed on the Buick Encore that I was interested in leasing. It was 'Black Friday' sale and when I asked what the lease would run he had an answer for me in less than 30 minutes. He ran to his sales manager James who got right to work on the lease. I saw that Jessup's had the same car that I wanted except for the chrome wheels. I explained to Billy the salesman what had happened at the other dealership. He went to speak with his manager, James. James reviewed the situation and said they would take care of me. I got the car, the chrome wheels and an upgraded Boze sound system and Moonroof that were not on the other vehicle. I have had a BMW and a Mercedes and never received the service from them that I got at Jessup's. I love my Buick Encore. More
