I ended up going with the Chevy Equinox for many reasons. Not only was it a great price with all of the bells and whistles, I had a great experience at the dealership. Dina Reyes is an excellent salesperson. She is knowledgeable and helpful. Also, she didn't stress me out with high pressure sales tactics etc. She was professional and kind and really took her time to help me make my final decsion. Dina has a customer for life....and I really like the Dealership where she works. I drove in from Las Vegas to purchase and would do so again in a heartbeat. My experience this time was most definitely one I’ll remember. I first met Gary a few months back. Being new to the area and knowing my truck lease was going to be expiring soon, I stopped into Jessup not knowing a soul. Gary and his huge smile greeted me and we spent about an hour together discussing my options...even though I was months away from my lease end. He helped walk me through several scenarios...again knowing that nothing was going to happen that day. His follow-up after our prelim meeting was consistent but not pushy. When the time finally came for me to make the switch, Gary and his team again helped me review several possible vehicles and within an hour I’d chosen the truck I’ll drive for the next few years. The entire process was pressure-free, respectful, and transparent. While waiting for the truck to be detailed, the owner noticed me admiring one of the floor vehicles and said hello, remembering my visit from a few months back. Kind. Courteous. Not pushy. No bait-and-switch. Helpful. And a great listener. All the things that make Gary an outstanding salesperson are why he gets my 5-star review. From the second I walked onto the lot, looking for my next new convertible, my experience As far as car buying experiences go, this one was a delight! From the second I walked onto the lot, looking for my next new convertible, my experience was very positive. Gary Levingston turned out to be the first sales person I came across on the lot. He was so very kind answering my 50 questions about the 2019 Buick Cascada. He was patient and very informed about the car. Test drive was good too. I had him drive so I could 'experience' the car from the passenger side. Strange, I know, but Gary did it for me and it actually sold me on the car. There were a few hiccups, tiny bit of damage on the convertible top. It meant I was not going to buy the model I wanted. Gary quickly shifted gears and researched his inventory. He found an almost identical vehicle for me. Went to alot of trouble getting it out of the excess inventory storage for me. Professional through it all. The new, and I mean new, it had 2 miles on it...anyway, the new model was missing the pinstripe...they are getting it in and putting in on the new model as soon as it comes in. Gary has taken care of the details to get it for me, no charge. The actual, boring paperwork part also went well. Everyone I met was so professional, helpful and courteous. I was very impressed with the whole operation. One thing this new vehicle has is tons of buttons on the dash. Gary was kind enough to go through, again...all the functions and ALL the features there are. Even helped get me enrolled with On Star. Like I said, if you need or want to buy a car, I would suggest you go to Jessup GMC...Buick...Cadillac in Cathedral City on Hwy 111.
