Called them up in October for a Cadillac Safty Recall. They said they didn't have the part in stock, and they will call me back once it's available. Never got a call back. So I called them mid December an They said they didn't have the part in stock, and they will call me back once it's available. Never got a call back. So I called them mid December and asked if the part was there and once confirmed we made an appointment. When I asked for a loaner they told me they had no loaner as the inventory is low. Looks like they care more about selling cars than taking care of their existing clientele. Then I asked why they didn't call me back. The woman on the phone didn't even care to give me an answer. She didn't care at all. Bad Service, Bad Customer Care, Bad Sales Department and the owner doesn't care. Sad! More

We had made an appointment to look at and drive the SUV cars with one of the Best Car Salesmen we have ever met David Miller. That's correct he has the same name that I do ! David Miller was so Professional, Detailed, Honest, Friendly, and never tries to push anything on you. I have never met such a knowledgeable, organized, and compassionate, car salesman, with the greatest caring personality that David Miller has. The next day we went back to the Jessup Auto Plaza to meet with David Miller again, and to test drive the Cadillac XT5 SUV that my wife really liked. Again, David was so Educational as he took us thru the Cadillac showing us everything we asked about, and even more ! My wife and I decided to make an offer for the Cadillac XT5 we drove, and wanted to see the factory invoice about the car. David introduced us to the Cadillac Brand Manager Braulio Rodriquez who was also very friendly and detailed as he very nicely negotiated a good and fair deal with me for my wife's Birthday Present on the new Cadillac XT5 SUV. Mr. Miller spent over 2 hours with us, as he thoroughly took us into the new Cadillac and he went through a very detailed, educational and instructional lesson on how everything in our new Cadillac worked and could be handled by us behind the wheel. It was the most thorough instructions I have ever seen anyone give to new car buyers. He even gave us his e-mail and personal phone number if we needed any help when we got home with our new car. David also said he would travel to our house which was about 40 minutes away from Jessup Auto Plaza if we needed any help with our new car. My wife and I have never had such a wonderful, honest, and friendly experience with any Car Dealership we have ever dealt with, as we had with everyone at the Jessup Auto Plaza. More
