We are in the transportation industry and our vehicles ARE our bread and butter. While appointments are a breeze to schedule, Jessup personnel are sensitive to the fact that if our wheels aren't rolling, we're not generating revenue. Our vehicles are serviced promptly, and they are just as attentive when we've had an issue that was urgent, as when our A/C switch failed mid-summer. We presented without an appt and they had our vehicle back on the road in a matter of a few hours! I also need to throw out special kudos to OUR service rep, Leo. Time and time again, he has been right there walking the path with us, consistently going above and beyond. While there are other choices in the Coachella Valley from whom to test drive, purchase AND service your GM product, having now dealt with them all, there is no comparison. Jessup Auto Plaza will always be our ONLY choice, hands down! More

I ended up going with the Chevy Equinox for many reasons. Not only was it a great price with all of the bells and whistles, I had a great experience at the dealership. Dina Reyes is an excellent salesperson. She is knowledgeable and helpful. Also, she didn't stress me out with high pressure sales tactics etc. She was professional and kind and really took her time to help me make my final decsion. Dina has a customer for life....and I really like the Dealership where she works. I drove in from Las Vegas to purchase and would do so again in a heartbeat. My experience this time was most definitely one I’ll remember. I first met Gary a few months back. Being new to the area and knowing my truck lease was going to be expiring soon, I stopped into Jessup not knowing a soul. Gary and his huge smile greeted me and we spent about an hour together discussing my options...even though I was months away from my lease end. He helped walk me through several scenarios...again knowing that nothing was going to happen that day. His follow-up after our prelim meeting was consistent but not pushy. When the time finally came for me to make the switch, Gary and his team again helped me review several possible vehicles and within an hour I’d chosen the truck I’ll drive for the next few years. The entire process was pressure-free, respectful, and transparent. While waiting for the truck to be detailed, the owner noticed me admiring one of the floor vehicles and said hello, remembering my visit from a few months back. Kind. Courteous. Not pushy. No bait-and-switch. Helpful. And a great listener. All the things that make Gary an outstanding salesperson are why he gets my 5-star review.
