Took my Suburban in for basic service but the next day after getting it back I found transmission fluid pooled up underneath the vehicle. Leo my service advisor was very apologetic and immediately sent after getting it back I found transmission fluid pooled up underneath the vehicle. Leo my service advisor was very apologetic and immediately sent for a tow truck to bring it back to the dealership. He then arranged for a rental car. Soon after that, it was determined the technician overfilled the transmission fluid. They fixed it and I was on my way. We were checking on a nail in a tire and through the diligence of the service department we found that our tires sorely needed replacement. They were in bad condition. My entire experience with Jessup Service was positive. It was super easy to make an appointment through the Cadillac app. When I arrived I was quickly greeted and checked in. I really liked that right It was super easy to make an appointment through the Cadillac app. When I arrived I was quickly greeted and checked in. I really liked that right after I checked in I got a text from Sergio that I could use to communicate with him throughout the time my car was in for service. Sergio was very communicative and helpful. My car ended up needing a new tire so I had to return a day later to get the tire mounted and when I did return Sergio made sure the car went right back to have the tire installed while I waited. It was a great service experience overall. More
