I am sorry that you feel this way but we have tried to accommodate you with repairs to your vehicle. I understand that you have noises that are hard to find and we actually had a tech go for a ride with you for almost 2 hours the first time you were in. It did take awhile to do the repair because the part was on backorder. You then came back and we sent a tech with you again which we didn't mind doing as we are trying to help you. We suggested you take it where you bought it because you were demanding a loaner which we didn't have and said repeatedly how terrible our service is. You did mention that you had already tried La Quinta and they couldn't help you so we tried our best to help you.
