My parents are not savvy on the technology front, however, Gordon took his time with my mom explaining the technology portion and was so thorough in going over the "tour" of the new car. The Jessup family is a well-known family in the Coachella Valley and the personal attention they give their customers is top-notch, exceeding all customers expectations! Once we reached an agreement was reached (which only took about 10 minutes- none of this lengthy going back and forth; "my manager says this" and "my manager says that"), I literally braced myself for the pushy pitch about extra warranties, packages, and hidden fees. Previous experience tells me that is where the real cloak and dagger techniques are used; even at Costco certified dealerships. I am so excited to say there were NO SURPRISES and no extra costs I had to fight off! I kept waiting for something to be different than discussed but it never came. It is a family run business and it really felt like they were more interested in me having a good experience than getting every last penny out of the transaction they could. My experience was genuinely a great one. I will be going back to buy a car for my wife in a few months, I have referred my elderly father to them as well as a couple friends. More

I live in Santa Monica and I was stranded in the palm springs area with a overheating vehicle. My trusty 2006 gmc sierra finally let me down after 129,000 miles with almost no repairs needed. I was fortunate to be directed to Jessup by a helpful AAA tow truck driver and that is where Scott came in to my rescue. Scott was very helpful from the moment he answered the phone and continued from start to finish to amaze me with his great customer service. I am not usually one to complain or compliment someone but I really feel that Scott went way beyond the normal call of duty and he deserves to be recognized. I have a close friend in palm springs and I think I will come out and visit when my car needs regular maintenance as Jessup will have my business from now on. Once again I have wasted my time at Jessup Auto for service to my 2010 Malibu. I was there for over 1 hour and 45 min for an OIL CHANGE. Plus they STILL couldn't find the problem with my turn signal service to my 2010 Malibu. I was there for over 1 hour and 45 min for an OIL CHANGE. Great place to do business. Professional and have worked with them for 15 years. Recommend them as a servicing and sales dealer. Servicing is completed within estimated time frame and don't think they ar with them for 15 years. Recommend them as a servicing and sales dealer.
