I was impressed by the little things that they did well. For example, I left my rental car at the dealer so that I could have the Equinox checked by my mechanic. When I returned my rental car was parked in front ready for me to use until I could return and complete the purchase. They didn't have to do that. Excellent dealer and great people! More

My last Accusition was at Molye, worked with DJ Wilson. I live 87 miles away from Molye, drove there couple of time (close to 350 miles) they had 1 of the 3 vehicles we were considering, after a lot of thi I live 87 miles away from Molye, drove there couple of time (close to 350 miles) they had 1 of the 3 vehicles we were considering, after a lot of thinking we find ourselves stuck with the one they had an another one, two things help us decide for the car at Molye: 1-Price: after asking for a purchase agreement we found that they hold a price that was offered during our first visit and supposed to last only for that day, the amount of extra fees were reasonable and comprehensible. 2-Customer Service quality: we were treated as guesses instead of potential buyers by DJ and his Manager, we did get the usual "what can i do to sell you a car today" but the way they approach it it was remarkably different. My advise is this one: If they have something that looks attractive to you don't be afraid to pay them a visit. More

Best dealership experience I've ever had Dealt with John Stauffer. Professional,respectful and most importantly no games that other dealers constantly try. The "I'm working for you but you've Dealt with John Stauffer. Professional,respectful and most importantly no games that other dealers constantly try. The "I'm working for you but you've got to help me". Nope. The let me step out and all of a sudden the "sales manager" appears with a better offer. Nope. A little back and forth but that's to be expected. Honest and truthful and full disclosure of all fees. The finance manager was easy to deal with as well. I financed through the dealership and they were honest with the rates. Better than what I had found myself. They did ask and I declined the rust proofing and the extended warranty. No pleading or trying to convince me I really needed it. One answer and we moved on. plus free oil changes for life. Can't beat that. All in all a great experience. I would go back there in a heartbeat and will definitely recommend both John and the Molye dealership to everyone I know. More
