P I recently purchased a vehicle for my daughter. I needed a reliable car in good condition. I found what I was looking for online at Moley Chevrolet. Problem was, they are in up State New York and I live in the White Mountains of NH…. a good eight hours drive away! So I had to rely heavily on the integrity and honest of the sales person, Mike Williams. Mike not only was honest, helpful and pleasant but he and Moley went above and beyond for me. It was scary to buy a car sight unseen but in the end Mike and the dealership were awesome. I got a beautiful car and my daughter is beyond happy. Thank you Mike and thank you Moley Chevrolet! Great Customer Service and not pushy My husband I an I were looking for a new car and we needed it fairly quickly. We found the car we wanted as it had a sunroof. We went over there on a Friday to look at it and then went back Saturday to test drive it and a week later the car was ours. Not hassle, no fuss. It was a very easy and smooth transaction and we love the car. DJ was a pleasure to work with - never once did we feel pressured to purchase anything but he was there to answer all of our questions. More
Used Car Delivery Experience Lacking Purchased a used vehicle from Molye on August 2 to be picked up on August 3. My salesperson, Dan, told me he would be out of town but Karen would take Purchased a used vehicle from Molye on August 2 to be picked up on August 3. My salesperson, Dan, told me he would be out of town but Karen would take care of delivery. I showed up at the prescheduled time for pick up. Karen and Terry were very pleasant to deal with and I signed the papers and drove away. It wasn't until I got home that I realized several glaring errors. 1) No oil/filter change had been done, as is customary on any used car purchase. Oil Life was 60%. I checked the oil and the vehicle was a quart low. 2) I had 1/2 tank of gas rather than the customary full tank 3) They neglected to give me my insurance card. I had to call my insurance company and have them email me the card to print 4) I was not given the Pre-inspection report that I was supposed to have been given. So, at this point, I have no idea of the service history of this vehicle. Molye states they have been servicing this vehicle since 2013, so clearly they have the history, I do not 5) Interior had a foul odor. Not sure what it was, but it took me a few days to get it under control. 6) Interior had not been cleaned or detail, which is also customary when purchasing a used car from a dealership. I spent a few hours cleaning and detailing, including the windows which were dirty and streaked. I will state that the vehicle I purchased was a high mileage vehicle, but that still doesn't excuse any of the issues I have listed. I contacted my sales person, Dan, on Tuesday August 7. In his email response to me the same day, he said he was disturbed at what had happened and would be back in touch to see what they could do for me for the inconveniences, after he spoke to Vito, whom I gather is the general manager. It is now August 16 and I have heard nothing from anyone at Molye. This, of course, leads me to believe that once the sale is made, the customer means nothing to this dealership, especially when everything that happened was the fault of the dealership, not mine. So, bottom line is, I took the vehicle to a reputable dealership and had the oil/filter changed ($49) and I spent $25 to fill the tank. Not to mention my time I spent cleaning and detailing the vehicle. I will never do business with this dealership again and I would discourage others from doing so as well. I guess I just don't understand a business who will take your money, treat you poorly and then ignore you when you point out errors that they have made. I would think they would make an offer to make it right, but certainly not the case here! Oh well, live and learn! UPDATE: I contacted Molye's customer service rep after she responded to my original review. After corresponding with her for 2 weeks, apparently no decision can be made by them for a resolution. I scanned them the invoice (as they requested) for work I had done at a reputable dealership that should have been done by Molye before delivery of the vehicle to me. The invoice total was only $109, but apparently the owner has been pouring over the invoice and cannot make a decision whether to reimburse me for it or not. The invoice is for an oil/filter change that was not done and a cabin air filter which was not changed out. I am not sure if the owner is baffled by the invoice or what the issue is, but the lack of response speaks volumes. I have been put off by several excuses that really make no sense. I am DONE with this dealership. Apparently, in a small town, it's acceptable to not deliver a proper delivery experience of a used vehicle. I sure hope they have enough of a captive audience of people in that small town because this would never fly in a city environment with all kinds of competition. Also, in case you're interested, Molye apparently delivers used vehicles with 1/2 tank of gas, not a full tank. That luxury is, apparently, only reserved for new car buyers. I was explained their policy when I asked the question. I have bought many, many cars (18-20) over the past 40 years, most of them used from franchised dealerships, and I have never been delivered a used vehicle that didn't have a full tank of gas. Granted, it's a minor inconvenience, however, I believe it shows this dealership's lack of commitment to their customers. I will refuse any further contact from Molye and I would highly recommend that consumers avoid this dealership.. There are plenty of reputable dealerships willing to serve their customers in a proper way. More
Hassle free, direct Wife and I were looking to replace my former truck that was totaled. We were looking on Craigslist and found 2018 new to us Silverado. We ruled it down to a new 2018 RAM Express or a lightly used Silverado LT. We liked both, ultimately it came down to price, and the face of the dealership. DJ was no knowledgeable about the truck, and zero bs. When I told the RAM dealer our decision, I was given a sarcastic remark about Silverado’s. Makes me think I picked the right sales man. Skip foreword to us picking up the truck, DJ gave us a full walkthrough of the features and there are a lot. Left the Molye Chevrolet happy with my purchase. I do need to say 2 Cons of the transaction. 1 the truck could’ve been cleaned up a little better. The dashboard looked like it was dusted with an armor all wipe, and left some dust smears on the dash, didn’t see this until I got the truck home, also the rear window could’ve been cleaned better. The other con I noticed was the truck had no floor mats in the front and 2 in the back, seems odd, but I guess I can’t complain, I thought the truck didn’t have any floor mats, I missed the rear ones when I was looking. So 2 less I have to buy. More

He thoroughly inspected the car, even facetiming me ! He sent pictures of any imperfections. We flew to New York to pick up the car and DJ picked us up at the airport saving us a $30 taxi or uber fee. The sales transaction was seamless and the price was very fair. It was overall an exceptional experience and I would certainly recommend DJ and the dealership to anyone. More
