He let the Equinox sell itself. No pressure.He knew about the car and showed us all the features. He answered all our questions. The finance department was also no pressure. Showed us some options for warranties, etc. but when we declined there was no pressure. Also, they handled a financial problem (our fault) in a very understanding and professional manner. When we were just standing around waiting for some papers to be signed a few of the employees came up and asked if we needed help. Very customer friendly. Their online presence is what brought us to this dealership. I was not aware of them until I saw some of their vehicles on a search. All in all, this was a very positive experience. More
